StratIQ RingCentral Paste Actions – Privacy Policy

StratIQ RingCentral Paste Actions is a browser extension used with StratIQ Device Manager to count qualifying paste actions performed on supported RingCentral pages.
Data We Process
The extension processes a count-only user activity signal when a qualifying paste action occurs on a supported RingCentral page.
The extension does not read, collect, transmit, or store:
- Pasted text or clipboard contents
- Phone numbers
- Form field values
- Page text or message contents
- Passwords or authentication credentials
- Keystroke contents
How the Extension Works
When a qualifying paste action occurs, the extension sends a bodyless notification to the locally installed StratIQ Activity Helper through the loopback address on the user's own computer.
No pasted text, clipboard contents, phone numbers, form values, page text, or keystroke contents are included in that notification.
StratIQ Device Manager may aggregate and report count-only paste-action activity to authorized organization administrators as part of workforce activity reporting.
Data Sharing
StratIQ does not sell extension user data. User activity data is not used or transferred for purposes unrelated to the extension's stated purpose and is not used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
Data Retention
The browser extension itself does not store pasted content, clipboard contents, page text, phone numbers, form values, or keystroke contents. Count-only activity may be retained by StratIQ Device Manager according to the organization's configured activity-reporting and retention practices.
Security
Communication from the browser extension to the StratIQ Activity Helper is restricted to the local computer. The extension accepts only the intended local integration path and does not transmit clipboard payload data.
