Repair an already-enrolled company laptop
Use this only when a laptop already exists in Strat IQ Device Manager but is Offline because its old background agent stopped working.
The repair keeps the existing Device ID and employee/asset link. It installs the approved stable Agent 0.28.18, Watchdog and independent Recovery Guardian 1.0.3. It does not create a new enrollment record.
Run the downloaded file once and accept the Windows Administrator prompt. If the laptop has no valid existing Strat IQ device state, the repair stops instead of creating a duplicate device.
